to medium bakeries through to large commercial bakeries; for the
FMCG market, where consumer products are packed in highly attractive
and visible displays; and for the industrial industry, where bulk
quantities are volume packed, specifically for the breweries.
Our
commitment to quality is non-negotiable with quality assurance guaranteed,
adhering to stringent controls over all raw materials, water supply
and production through high-tech automated and computer-controlled
processes.
Raw
materials are checked for both chemical and microbiological purity;
regular checks are made to ensure the sterility of the plant, pipe
work and vessels used for the production of yeast; numerous samples
are taken and checked throughout the process from laboratory culture,
through seed production, fermentation and packing.

All packaging is coded with a six-digit code identifying the production
date, batch number and shift date, to further ensure freshness and
quality.
Our
delivery to customers is highly efficient, scheduled with frequent
and regular delivery timetables, in specially built refrigerated
vehicles, with world class temperature control systems.
