and in 1997 NCP Yeast was purchased by the Bidvest Group. |

| Today NCP Yeast produces a wide
product range of Bakers, Consumer, Brewers and Speciality yeast
for bakeries, breweries or home consumer use. |

| Consistently striving to add
value to our customers, NCP Yeast formed a supply-partnership
agreement in 2004 with sister company Chipkins Bakery Supplies,
thereby ensuring the availability of NCP Yeast, in either a
wet or a dry format, to a wider customer base. |
